About the Event
Whether you are a student who has never used LinkedIn or someone with years of experience, this workshop is for you! Hear from Sarah Heraldo, Recruiting Operations Program Manager at the educational technology company Course Hero, explain what makes a LinkedIn profile stand out and how you can improve yours to make it the best it can be.
Sarah is a Recruiting Operations Program Manager at an education technology company called Course Hero. She is also the Executive Director of Read Write Discover. She received her Bachelor's from San Francisco State University in Child and Adolescent Development. She is currently pursuing her Master's of Nonprofit Administration at University of San Francisco. She will be graduating this year!Sarah has seven years of experience in various educational capacities (nonprofits, educational community programs, public schools, private schools, and edtech)! She is is passionate about community outreach, free education, and educational resources. Sarah is the Educational Consultant for the Metas program within the Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) STEM Program at Contra Costa College, works with the Nominating Committee for the Larkin Street Youth Services & San Francisco Business Times Bay Area CFO of the Year Awards. She is also a Board Member for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, as well as a Board Member for iMentor Bay Area.
