We partner with the educational hubs of our communities.
We build strong relationships with libraries in our communities and work together to host free summer literacy tutoring programs for K-8th grade students.
TRAIN PROGRAM COORDINATORS
We coach and empower high school leaders to build and lead their own programs.
We interview, train, and mentor student leaders to build a tutoring program from scratch. Coordinators partner with seasoned Program Managers to get coached throughout the summer.
RECRUIT PASSIONATE TUTORS
We train high school tutors to teach and create individualized lesson plans.
With the help of our Program Managers and Program Coordinators, we equip high school tutors to practice communication skills and lesson-plan building skills to create individualized instructional materials.
IMPACT OUR LEARNERS
We facilitate opportunities and relationships that help learners reach their literacy goals.
We forge deep bonds to build meaningful relationships between tutors and learners. We create individualized lesson plans to reach maximum potential for students to develop their skills.
